The percentage of co-financing your company must meet depends on the size of your workforce during the previous year.
It must be applied to the total utilized credit, not the assigned credit.
How is it calculated?
Formula:
Credit used during the year × percentage assigned based on company size.
This percentage is determined by FUNDAE.
Practical example:
If your company uses €10,000 of training credit in a year and the required co-financing percentage is 10%, you must cover at least €1,000 of the training costs as private co-financing. 📍
What happens if you don’t meet the required percentage? ❌
FUNDAE will request the repayment of the incorrectly subsidized amount the following year. There’s no way around it—FUNDAE will detect it! 🔍
