The amount your company can apply for a subsidy depends on several factors, primarily the number of users who have met the established requirements.
Here’s a detailed explanation:
Requirements for students subsidy 📝
For a student to be eligible for a subsidy, they must:
- Complete at least 75% of the conversation sessions.
- Complete at least 75% of the evaluable activities.
Subsidy calculation 💸
The company can subsidise a maximum of €7.50 per hour of training for each eligible student.
What about the organizational costs? 🔄
In addition to direct costs, you can subsidise up to 10% of these costs to cover organizational expenses.
💡 Important: The total amount subsidised cannot exceed the credit assigned to your company for the fiscal year.
What happens with the non-subsidized amount? ❓
If you cannot subsidise the entire amount, it will automatically be allocated to private co-financing.
