For a student to subsidise their training with us, they must meet a few important requirements.
Here’s what you need to know:
1️⃣ Attendance & Participation:
✅ Attend at least 75% of the classes.
✅ Complete at least 75% of the required activities.
2️⃣ Employment Requirements:
✅ Be officially registered with the company notified to FUNDAE.
✅ Contribute to professional training through their payroll (this is standard).
3️⃣ Valid Documentation:
📌 In 2024: The user must have a DNI (Spanish ID) or NIE (Foreigner ID). Users with only a passport cannot be subsidized.
📌 From 2025 onwards: A new FUNDAE rule allows DNI, NIE, or passport holders to qualify for subsidies. 🎉
Specific cases:
👩🎓 Interns:
- If they contribute to professional training through their payroll, they can be subsidized.
📚 Trainees:
- If unpaid → Not eligible for subsidy.
- If paid and contributing to professional training → Eligible for subsidy!
🌍 Foreign Employees:
- In 2025: Any employee registered with the company, contributing to professional training, and holding a DNI, NIE, or passport will be eligible.
💼 Self-Employed Workers (Autónomos):
- Not eligible for subsidy, as they do not contribute to professional training and do not generate training credit.
