What is private co-financing?
Let me explain: private co-financing is the mechanism FUNDAE uses to ensure that companies, like ours, also contribute to employee training.
This means that we take on part of the total training cost, demonstrating our commitment to the professional development of our team. 💪
Why is it necessary?
FUNDAE wants companies to be genuinely involved in the training process.
If everything were completely free, we might not value it as much! (Like that gym membership you paid for but never used 🏋️♂️).
By requiring us to invest in training, FUNDAE ensures that we stay committed to the professional growth of our employees. 🚀
Important fact:
Any part of the invoice that cannot be subsidized automatically counts as private co-financing.
This helps us meet FUNDAE’s requirements and continue progressing. ✅
