Once the course has finished, the process to apply the subsidy through social security is simple.
Follow these steps:
1️⃣ Receive the documentation: Within 2 weeks of the course ending, our team will send you all the necessary documentation, including the group completion document. It’s important to review this document to ensure all the details are correct.
2️⃣ Request the subsidy:
- If you work with a consultancy: Notify your consultancy directly of the amount to be subsidised. They will handle the application with social security.
- If you manage the subsidy internally: Enter the amount in the corresponding box in the Red System: Box 763 - Continuous training subsidy. Make sure the amount matches the one communicated in the FUNDAE application.
💡 Important note: You have until the end of the year to apply for the subsidy, but the invoice must have been paid. FUNDAE considers it a serious offence to apply subsidies to unpaid invoices.
3️⃣ Store the documentation: After applying the subsidy, keep all the documentation provided by Twenix for at least 4 years, including:
- Course completion documents.
- Questionnaires filled out by the subsidised users.
This is mandatory to be prepared in case of an inspection.
