Some companies have an RLT (Workers’ Legal Representation), a committee responsible for safeguarding employees’ rights.
If your company has an RLT, you must ensure that they are informed about any training sessions at least two weeks before the course begins.
How do we ensure that the RLT has been notified?
At Twenix, we will send you a document that must be completed and stamped by both the workers' legal representative and the company. Once signed, simply send it to your Twenix contact person, and we will take care of the rest. 📄
Validity of the document
The signed document is valid for one calendar year. For example, if you sign it in October 2025, you will need to sign it again in January 2026 for us to continue managing your courses.
Additional course information
Sometimes, the RLT may request a document with further details about the training course. In such cases, just contact your Twenix representative, who will prepare and send the necessary documentation.
Is it mandatory?
Yes, it is. In the event of an inspection, the company must prove that the RLT was notified and agreed to the training. If the RLT does not respond within two weeks of the notification, it will be assumed that they have given their approval to proceed with the course.
