What do we need to register your training with Fundae? 🤔
Before we can manage your training through Fundae, the first essential step is to register your company in their system. And, as you might expect, Fundae has its own requirements!
Here are the three key things we need:
- The signed delegation contract from the legal representative 📄
It's crucial that this contract has the correct date, as it's one of the first details Fundae checks. If there's ever an inspection and the date doesn't match, we could run into issues. But don’t worry, this contract only needs to be signed once! 😊
- Your company must be registered with Fundae 🖥️
Your company needs to log into the Fundae platform and complete its registration, providing details about the sector and the legal representative. Any trouble with this step? No worries! We have a guide to help you complete it smoothly.
- You must authorise us in Fundae ✅
This authorisation allows us to access your company’s details and manage everything for you. And yes, we know it might seem repetitive given that the delegation contract is already signed, but... Fundae’s rules must be followed! Remember, this authorisation must be renewed each year.

If any of these three steps are missing, we won’t be able to manage your training with Fundae. But don’t worry, we’ll notify you of anything that’s missing so we can resolve it quickly and get started as soon as possible. 💪
