If a student informs you that he will not be able to continue his training, don’t worry! We have options to resolve this situation:
1️⃣ Deactivate their license: Simply contact your Customer Success representative, and they will take care of the process.
2️⃣ Make a substitution: This allows another colleague to take advantage of the remaining classes of the original participant. It’s an easy way to ensure the training opportunity is not lost. 💡
