You just need to contact your Customer Success (CuSu) representative, and we’ll take care of resending it as soon as possible. ✉️
💡 First time in Twenix:
If the user is new to our platform, this communication will include a link for them to complete their registration. It’s important to note that we don’t send passwords directly; the user will set their password when registering within the platform. 🔑
👉 Important recommendation: Before requesting a resend, check in the HR Portal to ensure the user’s email address is correct. Sometimes, a small typo in the email address can be the cause of the issue.
