Yes, you can! 🎉 But there is a limit:
✅ You have up to one week from the start of the course to add new users.
If you are within this period, contact your Twenix representative, who will explain the conditions and help manage the enrollment of new participants.
During the first 7 days of the course, we can add new users without any issues. As soon as we receive the email addresses of the colleagues you wish to include, we will add them to the course. At that moment, they will automatically receive a welcome email.
If we are beyond the first 7 days, we can still add new participants, but it will be necessary to set up an additional and parallel course for these students. Since each participant has a recommended learning pace and number of sessions per week, a user joining after the first week will not have the same amount of time as the others.
For this reason, we organize another course that will start as soon as possible and finish around the same time as the rest of the group. This way, the new student can begin their training and, in the next course, fully integrate and enjoy the learning experience alongside their colleagues.
