Why does the training credit change from one year to another? 🤔
The training credit of your company can vary from one year to another due to several factors:
- What was contributed to professional training the previous year: If salaries increase or decrease, or if the number of employees changes, this amount also changes. đź’¸
- Percentage based on company size: If your company grows and changes employee "range," the percentage adjusts. For example, if the number of employees goes from 9 to 10, the percentage decreases from 100% to 75%, which means less credit. 📊
- Accumulated credits from the previous year: These are only added if your company has fewer than 50 employees and you marked the Fundae box to accumulate them. 🔄
If any of these factors change, it is normal for the available credit to be different.
When are the final credits confirmed?
Fundae publishes the official data around May. If you need to know sooner, we can help you with an estimate, but keep in mind that the final data may vary, especially if the number of employees or salaries have changed, or if the company exceeds 50 employees. đź“…
